About Us 

Compassion Pathway Behavioral Health LLC (CPBH) is a statewide organization dedicated to providing mental health treatment, rehabilitation, and care for individuals living with mental health illnesses. Our mission is to collaborate with local mental health agencies to reduce the readmission of patients into acute care hospitals and emergency rooms by offering client-centered rehabilitation programs and services in a home-like environment. With a presence in Northern California and the Central Valley, CPBH currently operates ten facilities and is continuously growing. 

Job Summary 

 We're looking for a reliable and motivated Receptionist/Administrative Clerk to join our team.  

This position is the first point of contact for visitors and callers and provides essential administrative support 

to ensure the smooth operation of our office. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills and a high attention to detail. 

Job Responsibilities 
  • Answer and route phone calls; take and deliver accurate messages. 
  • Serve as the first point of contact by warmly welcoming and directing visitors to appropriate personnel. 
  • Perform data entry into spreadsheets, databases, and internal systems. 
  • Maintain paper and electronic filing systems. 
  • Organize and manage office supplies and stockroom inventory. 
  • Scan, copy, and print documents as needed. 
  • Provide administrative support to office staff and leadership. 
  • Communicate professionally via phone, email, and written correspondence. 
  • Support ongoing projects and assignments across departments. 
  • Assist in coordinating company events or meetings. 
  • Manage digital files and shared drives (e.g., Google Drive, SharePoint). 
  • Learn and effectively use company-specific software and platforms. 
  • May assist with bookkeeping, human resources tasks, and other duties as assigned. 

Educational Qualifications: 

High School Diploma  

Experience and Skills Required: 

  • Microsoft Office: 1 year (Required) 
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills. 
  • Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities. 
  • Current CA Driver License with good driving record (for insurance purposes)
  • Must pass physical health and drug screening tests and criminal background check. 

 Pay: $20.00 -$23.00
